Michael Eaton

 

A native of NC and former ECU Pirate, Mike spent his early career on Wall St. He worked as a wealth manager and later an investment banker after receiving his licenses as a registered representative and securities principal. He later co-founded Hinckley Gauvain, a successful real estate development company back in NC. Mr. Eaton is the managing partner of E. M. Hydropure. Mike’s diverse experience lends itself well to the company’s wide range of applications. He considers this the most important work of his career and is fully committed to the company’s business success and it’s positive impact on the environment.

Vincent McGill

Mr. McGill is an attorney and partner in the firm Mandelbaum Salsburg. He was formerly the managing partner of the NYC firm Eaton, Van Winkle. Vince has represented clients in many nations with a focus on the Far East. He is an expert advisor to growing companies as they navigate the capital markets. Mr. McGill graduated cum laude from Colgate University, received his JD from Hofstra where he was part of the Law Review, and an LLM in Corporate Law from New York University.​​
