E. M. Hydropure is a N.C. LLC created to utilize its. proprietary technology to mitigate
waste water issues across a wide range of government and private sector applications. The
company currently has patents pending on the chemical compounds as well as the mechanical processes.
The process relies on flocculation to separate the unwanted constituents from the treated
effluent. This method works similarly to more costly synthetic polymers while creating a
byproduct that is less toxic to the environment. Typically, depending on the source of the
untreated waste, there is a market for the cake or powder remaining after the process. An
effective fertilizer, it is anticipated that the residual product may qualify as “Organic” for use in
agriculture.
The company has worked closely with experts in the academic realm and will continue to
do so as this will likely remain an iterative process for the foreseeable future due to the wide
ranging applications. Department heads at several universities have either worked directly with the company or expressed an interest in being involved going forward.
Likewise, every corporation with waste water challenges that has seen a demonstration has
expressed an interest in working with E. M. Hydropure. The company is growing rapidly while
being deliberate and careful to avoid missteps. The leadership team consists of individuals who have diverse backgrounds but share the desire to be part of something that will impact our planet’s environment in a positive way for generations.
The company’s process works on applications ranging from the ancient, agricultural waste,
to recently identified undesirable constituents such as PFAS and Dioxane. The world’s water
supply has been persistently diminished and this trend needs to be halted and reversed. The
company’s management is unaware of any technology that can perform this function more
efficiently and at a lower cost than its own.
